Since 1996, we have assisted hundred of clients prepare a strategic plan that helped evaluate where they are, where they want to be and devise a practical way to get there. While we follow a set process, no two plans are the same and we take pride in customizing every strategic plan to fit the company’s leadership and its culture and values. Every strategic plan also includes who will do what and by when. We usually include a plan that covers 3 years so that it is easy to track progress made in the form of milestones.

We also aim to put a process in place so that the Strategic Plan exercise is not a one-time event but a process to be updated on a regular basis. We also promote the involvement of the entire team and encourage the buy-in from all company staff.
