Sandra is an experienced Executive Recruiter. She has 25 years of experience in both management and external recruitment roles in small private and large public companies. She works with business owners/managers to help them build strong and flexible management teams, through contract placements and/or permanent hires, depending on their specific business needs.
She works with clients across all industries from financial services to technology and professional services firms.
She believes very strongly that while having the required skills is important, it is the intangible fit between the candidate and the client that ultimately determines success.
Sandra is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa. She is an active member of the Mississauga Board of Trade, serves on the Board of a non-for-profit organization and is a co-founder of the Mississauga Chapter of 100 Women Who Care.
